Venice Canals Morning : Mermaid Monday

I'm starting the week out right, with a little trip to my nearest Wonderland...

Venice Canals!!

I adore an early morning stroll around the quaint sidewalks here, with neighbors' gardens spilling out onto the walkways and ducks quacking contentedly as they cruise by. 

...And then there's the way the gorgeous and golden morning light sparkles through the palms and never ceases to delight me!!...

But the pièce de résistance?!:

Hello, December!! Ready, Set, Glow!!

December is here, 

and I'm ready to dive into all of the Holiday splendor that this month promises!!

I have the tree, the lights, and the wreath in place...

jingle bells are on the door...

and soon enough I'll be adding a few little jingle bells 

to my ugly Christmas sweater too (more on that to come!!)
