As one who has spent most of their tea-drinking life sampling the plethora of (wonderful) prepackaged teas available,
making mint tea feels delightfully self sufficient.
All you need is hot water, a bit of honey and lemon if you like, and a bunch of mint -which is almost as easy to grow as it is to pick up at Wholefoods!!
I fill my tea pot with a generous amount of mint leaves, pour in some hot water, and add tsp of honey...
and off I go...
to a delicious, minty wonderland!!
